Is Worldwide Brands Better Than Salehoo?
In this Worldwide Brands review I'm going to compare WWB to their number one competitor – Salehoo. Both appear to be very similar services; both are directories of drop shippers and wholesalers, but there are some key differences and if you are thinking about buying either of them then it's important to know what the advantages of Worldwide Brands are.
Worldwide Brands vs Salehoo
Both Worldwide Brands and Salehoo list about the same number of suppliers as one another – over 8,000 as of 2017. However, this is also where the first difference appears. While Salehoo lists about 1.6 million products from their suppliers, Worldwide Brands lists 10x as many at 16 million products from the drop shippers and wholesalers in their directory.
Again, both Salehoo and Worldwide Brands verify the suppliers they add to their directories before listing them. But there is a slight difference here too – while Salehoo 'screens' suppliers, Worldwide Brands does more in depth research – visiting the supplier's warehouse and placing test orders to check they are reliable.
Because of this, Worldwide Brands is the only directory of the two that's been fully certified by eBay.
Which is Better?
Both Salehoo and Worldwide Brands are good directories – and both could be worth joining. However, if I had to pick only one of the two to join it would be Worldwide Brands – even though it's more expensive initially to join.
